If you suffer with fibromyalgia, you realize that there are many signs of fibromyalgia symptoms. You can also choose to download our Fibromyalgia Symptoms check list which is a little bit more in depth and it’ll also show you which areas of your health are influenced by each of these specific symptoms. This helps when you're aiming to get some answers on how it’s possible for you to better your individual health and shake some of the agony you are experiencing!

One of many indicators of Fibromyalgia is an all over body ache. Lastly, particular tender points on the body might be agonizing to touch and you can experience bloating in certain areas, disturbances in sleep, and mood disturbances and/or depression.

With Fibromyalgia, your muscles may feel like they’ve been pulled or like you have overexerted them. They will feel that way even without exercising! Frequently, your muscles twitch, burn, or have deep stabbing discomfort and you can’t determine why.

It’s true, Fibromyalgia isn’t any fun and as you see, there are MANY symptoms but here are the large 3 that you should be on the watch for:

1. Pain
One of the most typical signs of Fibromyalgia is experiencing pain. Everyone has a completely unique experience with discomfort and dependent on the level, you can experience sharp discomfort to dull discomfort to achy agony. With no regard for the level you are experiencing, discomfort is a typical theme for sufferers! It can be at your head, neck, shoulder, jaw, back, legs, knees, feet anywhere! I think you can see that pain is the key landmark ofFibromyalgia. The agony can be there continually but quite likely it comes and goes throughout the weeks and days. As discussed, it also varies in magnitude also. Some days you feel better and the agony is barely there. On those days, you're able to get up & go about your life but unfortunately, those with fibro find that these days are far and few between. Then there are the bad days You wake up feeling like you have been run over by a car, a truck and a bus all at the same time! Your whole body aches and each move you make causes a jabbing pain through your body. Before you can even get yourself out of bed, you know that the day is spoiled.

2. Fatigue
Another Fibromyalgia symptom - fatigue. Again, the level of fatigue differs from patient to patient and day to day , but for many patients, this is the most draining and worst part of fibro. Pronouncing you are exhausted just does not do it justice “it’s so much more than that. You are feeling like you can’t get out of bed and you cannot have sufficient energy to even try. The most horrible thing about it is that you wish to be able drop off and get some rest, yet you are in so much pain and mentally you are so alert that you can’t fall asleep. Lots of fibromyalgia patients have a lot of difficulty sleeping and that makes a contribution to both the pain and the fatigue, as well as the last major element of fibro symptoms which will be discussed next.

3. Fibro Fog
The 3rd and last MAJOR Fibromyalgia symptom is referred to as “fibro fog” “This implies that you just blank out.You can be in the middle of a talk and then just stop and realize that you don't remember what you've been talking about! Sometimes, you will walk into a room and can’t even remember what you went in there for. You always, always forget things and you leave other things behind as you cannot recall to take them with you. This is when you know that you are in the midst of fibro fog. All your strength and your psychological capabilities are spent dealing with the pain and fatigue, you cannot put your intelligence on anything things else, even very important things.

Fibro is a perplexing condition for many of us, including doctors, and so it is not uncommon for these doctors to misdiagnose patients. This is down to the fact that fibromyalgia can on occasion cause signs which are like tendinitis, osteoarthritis, and even bursitis. However , fibro is different because with fibromyalgia, the feelings of pain and stiffness are throughout the entire body while the other conditions are local to one explicit spot.
